1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Data

We collect information when you register via Email, Google, Facebook, X (Twitter), or LinkedIn. This includes your name, email address, profile picture, and unique user ID.

1.2 Content Data

We store the text, images, videos, and audio you upload ("User Assets") and the scripts and videos generated by our AI ("Generated Content") to provide the Service.

1.3 Third-Party Platform Tokens

If you connect social accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.), we store secure access tokens. We do not store your passwords for these platforms. These tokens are used strictly to upload content upon your request.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To generate, render, and store your video projects.
  • To manage your subscription and credit usage.
  • To upload videos to third-party platforms (only when initiated by you).
  • We do not sell your personal data or content to third parties / data brokers.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service.

  • Session Cookies: To keep you logged in.
  • Preference Cookies: To remember your settings (like theme or language).

You can instruct your browser to refuse all Cookies or to indicate when a Cookie is being sent.

4. Third-Party API Services

DuReel uses API Services from YouTube, Google, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), ByteDance (TikTok), X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.

YouTube: By using our YouTube upload feature, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

5. GDPR Data Protection Rights (European Union)

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

  • The right to access: You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
  • The right to rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
  • The right to erasure: You have the right to request that we erase your personal data ("Right to be Forgotten").
  • The right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data.
  • The right to data portability: You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you.

6. International Data Transfers

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

By using DuReel, you consent to the transfer of your data to our servers (hosted on AWS in the United States/Europe).

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

For significant changes regarding how we handle your personal data, we will provide a 30-day notice via email or a specific dashboard alert prior to the change becoming effective.
