By creating an account, accessing, or using DuReel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Service includes AI-powered video creation tools, storage, and social media integration.
You retain full ownership of any text, images, audio, or video files you upload to DuReel ("User Assets"). You grant DuReel a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and modify these assets solely for the purpose of generating your requested videos.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, DuReel assigns to you all right, title, and interest in the video output generated by our AI ("Generated Content"), to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. You are granted a perpetual, worldwide, commercial license to use, publish, and monetize the Generated Content.
You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses for all User Assets you upload. You agree not to upload content that infringes on the copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of any third party.
You agree not to use the Service to generate or disseminate content that:
Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.
DuReel is not a backup service. While we store your assets to facilitate video creation, we do not guarantee indefinite storage. We recommend you download your final videos and back up your source files immediately.
We reserve the right to delete assets or projects that have been inactive for over 90 days, or immediately upon the termination of your subscription.
While DuReel utilizes industry-standard measures to protect your uploaded assets (images, audio, and branding files), we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized third-party access or data loss due to technical failures. You agree that:

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material on DuReel infringes your copyright, please notify our Copyright Agent at support@dureel.com with the subject "DMCA Notice."
It is our policy to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI generation will be error-free or that the content will be suitable for your specific purpose.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Notification Method: We will notify you via the email address associated with your account or through a prominent notice on the DuReel Dashboard.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
